We are a family that has been dedicated to the care of this place for generations. Here at Tenuta Santa Rosa, you will find a warm welcome, tranquility, and fresh and genuine products.
We offer accommodation in two double rooms and one family room, for a total of 9 beds. Breakfast is served in the spacious main hall with a star-shaped vault.
The architectural structure, renovated in 2005 and transformed into a bed & breakfast, dates back to the late 17th century and was originally a church, where masses and weddings were celebrated.
Cakes, tarts, preserves and jams, bread, fresh eggs, fruit and juices, all homemade with our own products. What we don't make ourselves, we buy from the local bakery. Upon request, we also offer a savory breakfast.

In the family, everyone has their role. Grandfather Domenico, the "Director" and head of the household, is the heir of the family estate. He oversees and directs the activities that take place here. Passionate about DIY, agriculture, and homemade wine, he has spent a good part of his free time organizing and managing the vast spaces of Santa Rosa.
Grandmother Paola, the "Saint," is the driving force of the family, the place, and especially the bed & breakfast, which she is still an essential part of. Homemade breakfasts and chats are her specialty.
Then there's Alessandra, or rather Aunt Ale, the "Jack-of-all-trades." She does everything from restoring the structure to creating crafts, from driving the tractor to cultivating roses, and much more.
And finally, there's Tiziana (Aunt Ti), Gabriele (Uncle Bi), and little Siria. Aunt Ti has a degree in Environmental Economics. Not by chance, she manages the household finances and carries forward the project on "Ecosystem Services" in Santa Rosa, which was started in 2016. The aim is to highlight all the valuable benefits that the surrounding nature provides for free every day, in order to preserve them even in the long term.
Uncle Bi, a farmer for generations and passionate about mechanics, helps her in this endeavor. Together, they cultivate the 5 hectares of land surrounding the estate, producing seasonal vegetables and legumes, with some typical local varieties, strictly extra-virgin olive oil, fruit, and a little homemade wine.
Lastly, Siria adds that magical touch that only children can give. She learns quickly, is always on the move, and never misses an opportunity to amaze us.
Chiesanuova, a hamlet of Sannicola. Just a few meters away from us: Ancient Bakery, Post Office, a small grocery store, bar, and newsstand tobacco shop.
